1. Product Returns

Customers may request to return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase are included.
• The product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Solar systems or equipment that have been installed or commissioned.
• Electrical components that have been opened, used, or altered.
• Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.
• Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Installation Services

Once installation services have been completed, service fees are non-refundable.

If you experience any issues related to the quality of our installation, please contact us promptly. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, provide corrective work in accordance with our workmanship warranty.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping, delivery, and installation charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Any price difference between exchanged items will be settled before the exchange is completed.

7. Warranty Claims

Many of our solar products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Samayan Solar will assist customers in facilitating valid warranty claims where applicable.

8. Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Samayan Solar cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.

9. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your request.

Please do not return products until you have received return authorization from Samayan Solar.
